And 12LPM new solar well pump carbon brushes have a life  about 3800-4500 hours. The existing carbon brush holder is modified to increase the lifespan brush. Now, 12LPM stainless submersible water pump& 6LPM submersible pump can do brush carbon reach 5000 hour or more.It's a great leap for DC brush solar water pump.

12L solar water pump& 6L submersible solar pump temperature control is improved better than before.It can protect the motor from overheating and make circuit stable. For example, the temperature controller parameter is 100 degrees, then the temperature of the motor reaches 100 degrees, the temperature controller operates, power is cut off, the motor stops, wait until the temperature decreases, the temperature controller closes, and the motor restarts.
